He was true to his word, as I needed to call him twice with minor queries. He was very helpful each time and solved my query in the most courteous manner. Alexa has been very helpful keeping us up to date with our order and pushing things along when it wasn't moving. My only issue would be the delay in the car arriving at the dealership which is not a dealership fault. It was stuck in Holland for 3 months for no good reason with newer orders being shipped first. Once it arrived at Liverpool the order processed very quickly.

We were very satisfied with the staff who were very helpful and polite .
