Alan was very knowledgeable, courteous and easy to talk to and a credit to your company. If you had a product at a price I wanted to pay the score would have been possibly been 5 star. On the negative side 1) the showroom is not very well indicated after turning into the lookers site. 2) representatives do not have business cards3) for probably the largest xar manufacturers in the world your showroom is very poor 4) I would expect employees of a very prestigious company like Ford to be dressed in Ford logoed attire.
