Didn't book online, but looked at the inspection report video, also received emails regarding booking date/time etc. Staff all friendly and helpful. Car service completed in time discussed

Very easy to complete and use. Repair was prompt, I was kept informed at all times and the booth I was able to use to do my own work whilst I waited was really good.

The premises are impressive, the service reception is pleasantly laid out and the staff are welcoming and helpful. There is plenty of parking and the service was completed quickly. I plan to return for the next service.

Easy to book, however communication whilst the vehicle was in for a service was poor, had to call several times, to be told the vehicle needed a part and I wouldn't be getting it back as planned.
