I did put a comment on the on line booking as requested but when I took the car in they said they don't get too see them, what is the point of putting issues down if no one looks at them? You did well this time even told me where my car was parked when picking it up, thank you, a lot better than last time and it was nice for you to stated it was Ford unlike last time.
