The only draw back was the clarity of explanation offered for the booking option. As choosing which option for same day service was not clear. I was very happy with the customer service, the friendly, polite and professional manner with which I was greeted is why I gave that score.

ease of use and easily completed From my initial enquiry re servicing my car to picking my car up after servicing, I was treated with curtesy by pleasant staff who helped me to complete paperwork and kept me informed as to the state of service using the App.

Had a 1hr slot booked for MOT...took nearly 2hrs before I got car back. Tracking system stopped halfway through the sequence. Didn't receive Health check video email.
