Had a 1hr slot booked for MOT...took nearly 2hrs before I got car back. Tracking system stopped halfway through the sequence. Didn't receive Health check video email.

As stated above. When I booked my car in online, I was told to drop off at 9.15 am, for a 10.00 MOT and śervice time slot. I intended to stay at the garage whilst the work was being carried out, as in previous years. When I arrived, I was told that the car was booked in all day, and that the 10.00 slot was used to make sure that too many services were booked in, and that the car was not guaranteed to be worked on, as stated. This was not made clear at the time of booking. As it was, the car was worked on quickly, and I was able to take the car away by 12.30.
