customer called as ordered motability vehicle back in October, and had expected it last week but had no communication, called up on wednesday to be told he would get a cal back, which did not happen so he called up yesterday to be advised that his order will no longer be coming as the garage is no longer a ford dealership. customer is shocked about this as had he not called himself when would he have been told.

When you took over from Martin's many years ago, they had a driving instructor school that I had paid £800 to learn to be a driving instructor. You lot told everyone who had also paid to go away,we weren't getting a refund... it had taken 3 years to save that money up.... as a result of which I could no longer afford to follow my dream... so for 35 years I have always avoided lookers when I bought new cars ... when my Ford bus needed repair nobody else would touch it... you lot took it in and it came out UNREPAIRED because your FITTER not mechanic couldn't work out the problem... so I was charged £1498 for you to do NOTHING ... now I have a bus company (private hire 16 seaters)and take passengers all over the region ... when the topic comes up about cars, I tell them my story that you struggle to fix things... charge a fortune for your failure and to put icing on the cake threaten me with storage when it's there over Christmas and you are shut... hmmmmm

I was enquiring about a specific car on mobility. An appointment was made to see the vehicle and I was told that another sales representative would send me a video tour of said vehicle. This never happened

Excellent service friendly staff and a relaxed atmosphere.The only downside was the traffic congestion in Middlesbrough which is no fault of lookers.

I enquired about a vehicle just before Christmas and booked an appointment for 27th December. I was told that someone would see me a walk around video of the car I was interested in so I could discuss with my partner but the video never came
