Amazing experience @ Lookers Middlesbrough, Lookers rang me to organise my service over Christmas. Drop off and pick up were seamless and very COVID safe. Updates on my vehicle service were by phone so I knew exactly what was happening. Would recommend Lookers everytime.

Fantastic video sent of the car and the only reason I didn't buy a car from Lookers was the distance ,had it been closer I would have purchased the jaguar.

The service received past and present has always been excellent, have been buying Ford cars for a number of years and have always dealt with the same dealership and sales person. Staff are always friendly and polite, take their time to explain everything from when thinking about purchasing a new car, placing the order and the final handover, have never been pressurised to make a decision not happy about. Would highly recommend dealership and staff, they go above and beyond especially in the present circumstances, couldn't praise them any better
