Amazing experience @ Lookers Middlesbrough, Lookers rang me to organise my service over Christmas. Drop off and pick up were seamless and very COVID safe. Updates on my vehicle service were by phone so I knew exactly what was happening. Would recommend Lookers everytime.

Fantastic video sent of the car and the only reason I didn't buy a car from Lookers was the distance ,had it been closer I would have purchased the jaguar.

A catalog of errors ,has and ignored or failed to call me back 2 requests were made , one is too many but twice over at least five hours it actually made me feel angry and I’m actually wondering why some of your staff are either not following there jobs through properly or it is a case of sheer ignorance of which if it’s an ignorance problem then may I suggest that you will look into these problems before your company gets a bad name if it hasn’t already. Jennings was by far run better with no ignorance problems and no job was too much, and as they say the customer is always right wether they are or are not if you get my drift .And the reason for the call backs were because the agreement times for my vehicle coming in had been changed in the email appointment and I as a customer wanted to know what was going on, and when all was said and done the time was still as agreed but someone is changing them on the emails, talk about confusion for the customer . Another problem something that’s got me more than troubled, if I for arguments sake came into your company and said hi my name is——, I’ve brought my car in for an mot and a recall job and your booking in Clark says your car is in for mot then the recall jobs 1 is to do with steering motor bolts and 2 the checking of desulphurisation system and I then say um that last job has only just been done about two weeks ago so this person says oh well it’s not on our system as been done but I will put it down on the system as been done because the customer says it’s been done, now do you see where I’m coming from I could have said anything such as my mot has already been done but it hasn’t, this is ludicrous and to add insult to injury this check of the desulphurisation system has been written down on my vehicle records as the Customer has said that this job has been done already, now how do you think I feel that the customer seeing what I consider to be incompetence and trust me I don’t use the word incompetence lightly as it was once pointed in my direction and I did not like it one little bit , so if you’re company is going to give the customer the chance to give your company some feedback then I’m afraid on this occasion I felt the need to just about reveal all that’s going on within your company and I’m afraid it’s not up to scratch and unless you take more notice of what’s going on under your very noses you are facing a guaranteed doom . So excuse me if I haven’t had the best of experiences within your company and only because you’re company is the closest Ford agent this is why I’ve given you my business now I’m not sure I’ve made the right decision, I would be interested in what you’re reply would be,Mr Graham Reynolds owner of Ford Mondeo EX15 FCV
