Karl was extremely helpful. He was knowledgable around the products available to me. Although he discussed different vehicle options with me ,I never felt pressured to go beyond my own financial limits. He listened carefully to my needs and did everything he could to meet them. He was always very professional in his manner and presentation. I had the opportunity to collect my car a few days earlier than I did . However I wanted Karl to be the one to hand the car over to me as I had dealt with him throughout the purchase time frame. The finance manager was also extremely professional and polite . Once again he took the time I needed to explain everything , giving me time to go through and information I needed clarity on.

As a motability customer of over twenty five years this was the first time I had to chase up about why my car hadn’t been booked in for its yearly service.

Very pleased with the service from Lookers, enthusiastic but not pushy, genuinely appeared to enjoy their job, not only our salesman Paul Thurlwell, but everyone in the dealership, nobody looked as if they did not want to be there. I did have issues with the e-signing, but I am not as good with technology as I used to be, I do work with computers for my job and know the hassle it can cause and the pressure that it puts on you so if anything ensure the computers are working to expectation, that will keep your employees and cin turn customers happy, overall though it was a pleasure to buy my car from your branch in Middlesbrough.
