Mr Platten was good at addressing our point of view that an automatic was required from a medical point of view, and very helpful towards our making a decision to order from new. The comfort of the ford product and our relationship with the garage overcame my my search for a more electric biased hybrid than the Puma.

It was easy to book a convenient time. Staff were all pleasant and helpful and car back on time. All paperwork was clear. Pudsey was also looked after. (ask the mechanic!)
