I had no need of the appointment ultimately because a chat with the salesman, Mr. Alan Platten helped me to identify the problem. Put simply I was not familiar enough with all the technology of my car and a simple location of a button and a 'push' of that button solved my problem. On this occasion I could not have been more delighted or satisfied, from the moment I was attended to by the receptionist to the conversation with Mr. Platten. Thank you to them both.

Everything was dealt with very efficiently, from booking the service, bringing the car in, to collecting it. In particular Michelle explained the results of the service clearly.
