Can’t fault the service, Paul Thurlwell was excellent, explained everything clearly and really helped with the paperwork, he was very clear with the information on the car, pleasure to deal with, all in all a really super experience

STILL waiting for my 2019 service to be uploaded to my digital log despite me being sent the information on that service at the time AND Michelle asking for it to be added on the system Also, found it strange that my current service plan had ended and a new one started there were no customisation options such as an aircon recharge

My experience was enhanced due to the additional service provision from Gail, who also dealt with an unexpected approach from the (3rd party) supplier of my car. Gail kept me informed throughout and also arranged for a technician to explain a phone synching issue we had. Very high 'benchmark' standard of customer care, long may it continue.
