I was offered the option to remain on site whilst the service and mot were carried out, this was appreciated as I had to travel to the site. Sarah Pendleton was my contact and very friendly, professional and knowledgeable. She called me the next day and and as I had a slight problem arranged for a technician to call at my home, the problem was resolved by technician Mark who also was friendly and very proficient snd professional. So I rate the customer after care of Lookers very highly.
