We checked the value of current vehicle on your website. This seemed to have little bearing on part exchange offered. Feel this can be viewed as either useless or as a customer we were taken advantage of when quoted initial part ex value.

the salesgirl chloe was very good and her knowledge was good did not really go in to buy a car but the options I was given made it a no brainer very happy with the sales service

Did not enjoy the waiting around for 3 hours due to COVID restrictions nothing to read no drinks supplied weather not very good to walk around overall experience could be improved with updates on progress for a minor service and fluid top up for people who don't carry mobiles

Visited Lookers Ford in Middlesbrough. Sales Team very helpful. I was interested in a Ford Kuga. Decided against ordering this due to the extended lead-in period for the vehicle.

I only changed my car as my previous car was with you did 2.5weeks and you couldn’t fix a fault. I was given the car back twice and on both occasions after being told the fault was fixed the same thing happened again and I could no longer trust the car with my 18month old son in it so I decided to get a new one, I didn’t want to change yet but felt I had little option

Jules the sales rep was absolutely amazing gave us all the info we were after and made it easier than getting outta bed in the morning less than 2weeks we were in our new car and we are loving it already had camping trips drove to Devon and Cornwall for a holiday and even though we travelled 130miles from Manchester it was an absolute pleasure specially seeing such friendly and helpful staff we will definitely be back in 3 years to exchange it and see the best sales rep ever Jules 😀

Your service was a lot better but the problem still there stop start still doesn’t work you fixed the seat cannot complain about you getting the car and dropping it off have rang you but cannot get through
