Apparently, both rear tyres had deep cut marks on them, which precipitated an MOT fail. I had to buy two new tyres in order to pass. It would have been better for me if I could have been sent an email with photos of the damage to the tyres, so I could maybe understand how the damage had been caused, for instance was it just vandalism or poor driving by me.

Didn't try and sell me anything, didn't randomly change the trade in price, all things I appreciate when buying a car. Was quicker and easier than I ever expected it to be.
