Communication needs to be better . Wrongly advised when vehicle would be ready. Cost me almost £40 in taxi fares when car was ready just a 10 min walk from where I work.

Dave was excellent as always and I have bought all my cars with his assistance, all the staff are polite and friendly, Dave in particular is extremely professional and knowledgable, always helps the transition between selling my car and choosing and the appropriate car for my needs, Ford team are lucky to have him represent their professional team. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone.

My husband fell over the yellow barriers so we had to return to the reception area, the girls were very kind they cleaned his face and helped to stem the bleeding. Sarah then took us to James Cook Hospital A/E and organised a lift home. I was very grateful to them all. Many thanks.

Excellent communication before and during the service. I like the “tracking facility” but I do not have a smart phone and due to the distance of my home to the garage I am unable to track progress. I rely totally on a phone call or text message to advise me when the service is complete. I like the inspection report which gives me general information on the condition of my vehicle and potential future issues. Ford Assistance is extremely useful and a worthwhile benefit. Overall a positive and satisfying experience.
