Great experience very friendly and professional reception staff

I had difficulty in getting through on the telephone ,I feel that this situation should be addressed.

As I have had my car for under a year through Ford options I was disappointed that I was not offered a courtesy car free of charge. It was difficult to arrange lifts to drop off/collect, particularly with a 6month old baby with me, as there was also no offer of a home collection.

Service took longer than suggested at booking extra 1 hr

I dealt with Gary Coverdale and he was brilliant!! He kept me informed all the way from bringing my vehicle to my home for me to look at at the very beginning as I wasn’t comfortable going to the garage. He is extremely professional and I would certainly recommend him to family and friends.

I could not hear the voice on the video for other noise but everything was excellent

Marcus Windress was brilliant, clear communication. Not pushy and very honest. He was patient with me as I ask a lot of questions. Honestly he was amazing.

I noticed a car similar to mine on the rank outside the windows. The mechanic had entered the showroom and placed the paperwork and key behind the desks and nobody had checked. After half an hour I stood up and checked the registration. It was mine and had been ready for half an hour. When the car is finished in the garage a notification should appear on the computer indicating the car is ready for collection or paperwork should be checked as soon as each mechanic brings it in. Apart from this I was pleased with the work done and the pleasant manner of the staff.
