I did put a comment on the on line booking as requested but when I took the car in they said they don't get too see them, what is the point of putting issues down if no one looks at them?You did well this time even told me where my car was parked when picking it up, thank you, a lot better than last time and it was nice for you to stated it was Ford unlike last time.

There was some initial confusion when I booked my service. You indicated it would be a full day job as my car needed a recall carrying out. I informed service dept tht this had been done in July 2023, and so I should be able to wait for service completion. Your team were unsure as this recallwas not logged as completed for vehicle. However a quick call back to the booking office, who were more helpful, resolved this. I was well looked after tho, while waiting for my service to be completed. Esp was impressed with tracking ability using the app.

Reasonably easy to book in online and saved time when I arrived.The service was carried out to the agreed price and time. An urgent, but not immediate, item was idenified which could not be fixed on the day and a follow-up appointment was arranged.

Very helpful staff member even let us take the dog in nothing was to much trouble
