I booked the service online, but then contacted the Lookers customer service team to check that I didn't need to empty all of the contents of our motorhome for what I understood to be a simple recall job.Alex Dodds (Aftersales Team, Newcastle) was very helpful, confirming that I didn't need to empty the vehicle and arranging a 'customer awaiting' appointment.I booked a 'customer waiting' service for the safety recall on my Transit motorhome. The staff were helpful and informative. The work was estimated to need 1.5 hrs but was completed within that time. The technician was very careful with our vehicle, and carried out an inspection as part of the visit.
