The whole process from start to finish was flawless

Arranged very easy, job done on time. I waited for my vehicle at the showroom, clean and tidy. Only a small selection of cars to look at so no idea of the Ford range any more ! You ask for my service record book but it doesn’t get stamped, I’ve had my car eight years but only stamped three times ! The service book was a visual record, proof that the service had been done.
