Quickk and easy to useMostly a good experience, however I appreciate my car was fairly dirty when it arrived and it was cleaned while there yet the attention to detail was poor and therefore raises the question of if the same applied to the more technical elements of the service, especially as I found the rear near side lights access panel had been removed and not refitted. I'm not a big fan of the new service desk area as it looks like a kitchen work area and I was kept waiting for what I thought was an excessive amount of time when I arrived to collect my vehicle even though they had been informed I was there. All the staff were friendly enough when interacting with them, especially Sarah who called me before the appointment and during to give me an update and discuss issues found.

We were looked after by Karl who made the switch over as easy as he could I can't praise him enough.

There is always room for improvement and I have yet to have more service from Lookers by which to make an honest and true assessment. Having said this, Lookers have looked after me very well so far. The 'front of house staff; deserve particular praise for their demeanour and willingness to 'go the extra mile'.

Ford Assist response very quick and effective, loan vehicle sorted pretty quickly and van fixed as scheduled. All staff friendly and helpful, we were kept informed at all times.

The quality of service provided was of a very high standard. Vanessa delivered a very competent and informed sales role answering our questions in an accurate and timely manner. From the test drive to signing the sales agreement Lookers Middlesbrough exceed our expectations.
