fine I has a problem with my van that was not my fault and only has 6k on the clock but apparenly i would have to take it up with another department so more hassle for me. Chloe Heathcock understood the circumstances around the problem and went to her line manage and he authorised the payment and work to be done because in the first instance i was told i would have to pay and sort it out with the garage. It was only about £65 but it was the principle of the problem the part hadnt been put on the vehicle correctly in the first place sorry i can't remember the name of the part. So thank you.

I waited for my car to be serviced and found the staff very helpful. I was offered tea and biscuits and kept up to date as my car was serviced. The waiting areas were very comfortable.
