Peace of mind. From my initial call to arrange the purchase of a new car battery and installation, the agreed date and time for delivery of my car to the 'Car Hub'. I delivered my car as the agreed date and time and found the staff to be most helpful in confirming what will be undertaken on my car. As I was waiting on site, I found the waiting area clean, tidy, and most welcoming with complimentary coffee. On my mobile phone a video of my car's inspection being undertaken was made available a real peace of mind for me. On completion of the installation of the battery a detailed breakdown of the exact details was undertaken and total cost. Yes, I could have saved money by using a cheaper supplier. But I wanted peace of mind that the installation was undertaken by competent and trained Ford engineers. "The quality of service is remembered long after the price is forgotten".

Fairly straightforward to use and understand. I had book a ‘while you wait’ convenience service, which took about an hour and a half. During that time I was looked after very well from arrival through to collection.
