Good service overall

The sales men were very helpful, but after finding out what my car was worth, i decided there was not enough equity to pursue a replacement. Even though I had only had my car for 15 months, my car had lost 14k.

All as it should be from beginning to end

The reason why i gave 4 stars was i booked car in for a faulty gpf on my petrol fiesta which they replaced which is awesome but i asked the guys to also look at passenger door rubber where window go's into when it down which has been replaced on drivers side under warranty but the guy said nothing wrong with passenger side when clearly is as the rubber strip is all wavey when you look along it. I am bit confused why it wasnt replaced when drivers side was same and replaced, other than that it would of been 5 stars

My car was in for a service , I requested an update for the acm which was carried was charged £130 for the update it was worth it but I thought it was a little expensive. All okay would use again .
