Victoria was very professional and took us through a number of different models suitable for our budget. She did not try hard sell on new car or any extras once we had chosen a car unlike some salespeople in the past. She had a sense of humour and was approachable and had made follow up call to check everything ok with new car.

Normally when a car goes in for a full Service you would expect some little niggle to be picked up. However, all is well. Thank you very much.My Grand-Daughter delivered and collected the car and she did not mention any "hiccups" in the system. She had no waiting time and was seen to promptly. A very good experience. Many Thanks.
