As this car was Motability service/insurance/tyres are through that scheme. I was disappointed in the way they looked at 'suitable' cars and didn't let me look. I didn't even get to see the original car (before the one I got, which I also didn't see). Also, it seemed like they were getting the cheapest they could to maximise company profits. Also, the sales assistant decided a weekend of partying was more important than the car handover and wasn't there. I will therefore probably use another garage next time.

Very helpful and not pushy, would use again, only thing was, I was told the car was valeted, but I know from experience it wasn't, although it was clean and no wear and tear inside, I know when a car has been valeted or not, if it was not done very well, but overall experience highly satisfied.

met Paul on site showed me various ford models, nothing was to much trouble, settled for a ford focus and got a good deal, paper work was done quickly and car was done to a high standard when handed over. All in all very happy.

I received tine for test drive l went 15 minutes early got told to wait 20 minutes later got told no car to test-drive he said tried to get in touch with me but no calls or emails waist of time never again
