Kyle and Steven have helped me through this purchase, during which time I lost my husband. They have both took on a lot of more of the workload which I should have done themselves for which I am truly thankful. I couldn't ask for more from either of them and will do my best to promote Middlesbrough for anyone who wants a new car.

I bought my disability car through yourself so some things where not offered as expected but your guy in the department Tyler is a great asset to your company kept upto date with monthly updates and always goes out of his way to help

Very good experience however your cars were very expensive compared to your competitors. I brought from a competitor as they had a lower mileage car and cost was several thousand less. Salesman was excellent, please note I have previously brought new car from Lookers in the past and would happily do so again the only problem is I like to go into car shop and you've closed your local branches to me

The purchase experience was excellent. Despite having to wait a number of months for my new car to arrive (due to ongoing global supply chain issues), once the car had been built in January, it soon arrived at the dealership. Alan, our sales executive, kept us updated throughout. Very pleased with my new car.
