We had been around other car sale rooms and forecourts, but we were well impressed by your set up and presentation and details regarding each car. The best we had seen. Right from the first contact on the phone where I enquired about the car that was at the Ford Middlesbrough showroom it was a extremely helpful and friendly experience with Cheryl who told me everything I needed to know and booked me in with a member of the sales team at middlesbrough, thank you Cheryl for being so helpful, when I went to view the car at middlesbrough I was seen by Dimitrios and right from the start he was friendly and helpful going through everything I needed to know, when I decided to purchase the car and went through on the collection day he went through all the details with me and again helped me go through a few thing that I needed to do too, thank you lookers ford for the excellent service and I’ll definitely be getting in touch again to purchase my next ford from them, thank you everyone at lookers ford, great cup of tea too.
