We received excellent help and advice both from the finance and sales representatives (Rachel and Chloe), who were extremely professional and courteous and kept us updated and informed throughout the progress of the delivery of our vehicle. We are delighted with this vehicle and slightly disappointed that we may not be able to purchase Fiesta's in the future. Hopefully Ford will introduce a suitable alternative in the coming years.
