As always a very pleasant experience. Unfortunately there wasn't a suitable vehicle within the ford range. I was after an electric vehicle and the Mach e doesn't have sufficient interior space and is overpriced for what it offers. 23 weeks delivery estimate doesn't help. A comparable Tesla is cheaper, bigger inside and available within 6 weeks.You guys are amazing but Ford need to up their game.

We were made aware of the long lead time when we ordered the car and, while we understood reasons for production delays, it did become frustrating when weeks/months were added to expected build date and arrival at Lookers.We felt fortunate to have Alan as our salesperson contact. He kept us informed of progress on a regular basis and was helpful and informative on all aspects of our purchase.
