Good experience

I have no issue with Lookers and the team what so ever, however I think it’s shocking with the time I waited for the car to be built. What’s even more frustrating is the amount of times my build time slipped to the right. I think Ford should have offered some form of compensation for the amount of delays. I’m also disappointed with my previous Focus which I part ex’d the majority of time I had that car the sync 3 never worked and I was told it was waiting for an update.

Great young lady who provides all the information we require, just not a colour available in the vehicle we liked.

As I'm from Caerphilly was not able to test drive the car but I know the car was a1 as it only had 44 miles on the clock but decided to wait till after Xmas to change my car
