I dealt with Paul Thurlwell who was extremely helpful and I was very happy that Paul managed to secure a deal that I was happy with especially as I live so far away and the car was going to be delivered to me. Unfortunately due to an unforeseen issue with our trade in vehicle the deal could not go ahead.However I am still awaiting the refund of my deposit and the refund was requested by the salesman 10 days ago. This is obviously not the fault of the salesman but presumably the Accounts Dept. They managed to process the deposit payment on the same day but are not so efficient at providing a refund. Still waiting for this.
