Service plan is supposed to be emailed to me haven’t received it as yet. I was getting cash back, haven’t received that as yet. Communication around that was poor but all other communication was good, everything else was explained and fast service.

Dealership contacted me to investigate trading in my current vehicle for a new deal. After explaining my current financial position and preferences they offered me a deal I very happy with. Tyler was helpful and accommodating throughout the process. Would definitely consider the dealership again for any vehicular needs.

I believe we weren't offered a service plan as it was felt we would not need it due to the low milage we would do but it was discussedKarl klews from Lookers middlesbrough who sold us the car was such a lovely person and a credit to you - he wasnt pushy (which I hate) but was their when we needed any queries answering - the whole experience was very smooth and professional - would definately go back to him for another car

It was a 6 month wait from order to delivery. This was beyond our dealers control - however we were pleased to receive regular updates from the dealer.I chose to continue with Ford on the strength of the dealership and the new car is excellent.
