Karl was excellent from start to finish. He supported me in building my car and kept me updated whilst I waited. Unfortunately I had to pull put on the original car I had ordered as I was left without a vehicle when my car broke down. Karl was quick and efficient and found me another car straight away. The customer journey provided from Karl and his colleagues was seamless and I am over the moon with my new car. Can't thank everyone at Ford enough for their support. I have always had a negative perception of car salesman, however, Karl and the team changed this for me, all genuine people who want the best for you. Thanks again and I will see you in a few years when I am ready for an upgrade.
