Collection of my car and return was not available , which is in the plan and is important to me . Car was in at 10am. Rang at 3.30pm wasn't ready. Was not called by you until 5.10,pm to say it was ready for collection. It was too much of a rush to collect it by 5.30pm, your closing time, although 6pm is quoted in your website as the closing time. The car was not valeted inside as it says on the Loyalty Plan. I have already spoke to Becky regarding these points and she assures me all will be carried out next year

Marcus was professional, helpful and courteous. He kept me informed constantly during the transaction process and went over and beyond with the service. He will be the first person I contact when it comes to changing car again. Many thanks.
