Ross was very helpful from start to finish, he was very knowledgeable about the vehicles and also the products that lookers provided. Communication was great and the transaction very smooth. Would highly recommend.

The staff were very helpful and professional from the initial contact with me from informing me via telephone that my car service and m.o.t were due until saying goodbye when every thing had been completed. I had to wait for the service and m.o.t to be completed so I did appreciate a member of staff who came and explained how everything was progressing.

After having a couple of bad experiences with car sales in the past (not at lookers) I was not looking forward to the process of buying a new car. However Cameron was great, he was very friendly without being pushy and seemed genuine and made me feel at ease straight away. He answered all the questions i had and kept me up to date on what was happening and made me feel like i could contact him any time. Very pleased with our experience at lookers and our new car. Excellent all round experience . Marcus, who I dealt with was superb. He made things simple, explained everything clearly and had my interests at heart the whole time. Couldn’t recommend him highly enough, and I will be recommending him to anyone that asks me. Excellent service

Car needed shock absorbers replacing found on 2 year service but parts not available for few weeks . Got hire car provided . V impressed with communication from lookers staff ( Sarah) keeping us informed etc . Thank you
