After being told my vehicle was ready to collect. When I arrived it was still to be valeted, I did not have time to wait and took it without being done. But was offered a valet on another date for a valet.

I would never let ford wash my car ever again as, somebody who takes pride in my car’s appearance, the wash that was given I’ve got no words to describe it, apart from being an absolute joke.

This was a mobility car I've waited over a year for. I'm pleased with the car as it's the 3rd one of this model we've had. My only issue was we got a few extras which brought the amount not covered by motability to just over £1000, having always paid by card at handover we were not happy to find we had to do bank transfer prior to handover day all because of £15. This resulted in us having to make extra journey to bank which isn't good when your disabled and could be having a bad day/days
