The return was only due to parts not being in stock at the time. These were promptly ordered and fitted shortly after.

Collection of my car and return was not available , which is in the plan and is important to me .Car was in at 10am. Rang at 3.30pm wasn't ready. Was not called by you until 5.10,pm to say it was ready for collection. It was too much of a rush to collect it by 5.30pm, your closing time, although6pm is quoted in your website as the closingtime. The car was not valeted inside as it says onthe Loyalty Plan. I have already spoke to Becky regarding these points and she assures me all will be carried out next year

Marcus was professional, helpful and courteous. He kept me informed constantly during the transaction process and went over and beyond with the service. He will be the first person I contact when it comes to changing car again. Many thanks.

Excellent service throughout. Due to my husband having recently had surgery he’s not allowed to drive for 6 weeks and after explaining this Lisa at. Lookers arranged for pickup and drop off of our car. Everything was sorted for us by Lisa and Sarah . Many thanks to all and to the lovely young man who picked and dropped our car back.
