Overall very satisfied only 3 stars for communication as there was a warranty issue with van which meant that service ran into following day. No issue with that but the phone call I received to say that van wasn’t ready to pick never mentioned warranty issue only that van wasn’t ready. Also agreed price increased by £10 due to environmental fee for disposal of parts removed during service which wasn’t mentioned before service. This was removed from invoice as we hadn’t been informed. Other than that experience was highly satisfactory.

Dan was very patient but the figures were too far removed from budget for a personal lease car. We still did not get a cash price for the vehicle .
