Ka+ is only three years old. The rear alloy wheels have corroded and replacements are unavailable. I'm worried that the front wheels will also corrode and any replacements may also be faulty.

I was not very happy initially with the service I received from Lookers after purchasing this vehicle, as it was faulty from new, and trying to communicate with staff was difficult at first with calls not being returned. However recently the situation has improved greatly now with staff trying their utmost to try and help resolve the problem. (Thanks to Dean and Jim in service and Adam in sales). I still have a faulty vehicle though some 10 months after purchase, but this is not the fault of Lookers however, who are trying their best to get a software issue sorted with Ford. Thank you for all the time and effort you have spent trying to help. .

The message on my phone didn't actually say 'Your car passed it's MOT come and collect it'! I had to ring to ask if it was ready.

Despite being severely unstaffed due to covid issues, staff were very polite and courteous.

Amazing experience @ Lookers Middlesbrough, Lookers rang me to organise my service over Christmas. Drop off and pick up were seamless and very COVID safe. Updates on my vehicle service were by phone so I knew exactly what was happening. Would recommend Lookers everytime.
