Everything was explained well by Gail and the car was ready in a reasonable time. The online progress check was useful and the first time I had used it. The availability of waiting appointments was not explained at the time of booking, and this would have saved considerable time and also fuel through needing to be collected from the garage by my wife and dropped off again later resulting in 3 return trips to Middlesbrough rather than one. This should be explained during the booking.
