My car was cleaned in a very poor way not totally washed down and soap and watermarks all over so not very satisfied with that but no video and told I had a puncture so I agreed to have it repaired it but on my paperwork it states both back wheels had punctures. Barry Norton

When I booked my vehicle (Lex lease) in for 18000 mile service 2 recalls were identified and included on the worksheet. I dropped my car off at 08.54 am and was told that it would be finished by the end of the day. I called the service dept at 16.20 for an uipdate and was told they had just finished the service but could they keep the car ovenight as they had found 2 recalls (already identified at booking stage) which had not been done. I could not leave the car overnight. When I collected the car the EGR filter recall had been done but the other is still outstanding. Not a great service from you. The car was with you for at least 7 hours and no communcation from you ref progress or the fact you would be unabl;e to carry out the recalls. Nobody has explained what the second recall is for or how urgent it is.

I tried and tried to get someone to answer the phone for an update on when I could pick up my car, it took ages and several phone calls to finally get a reply. Not good customer relations.
