There was a mix up about the completion time which caused my lift to have to ask for time off work luckily he has an understanding boss. I had to ring to find out what time the car would be ready

Very efficient and friendly service. By phone the receptionist was very helpful in re-arranging the appointment after I had forgotten the first one. On the day the service centre washed and cleaned my car without being asked and at no charge. Excellent.

My fault but I almost missed the closing time for collecting my car. A verbal reminder when dropping the car off or during a text update to say our service dept closes at 5:30pm.
