Front desk staff were very friendly and helpful, kept me up to date on progress on my car, the mechanic was also very friendly & helpful in diagnosing a problem with my steering rack, requires new steering rack awaiting Authorisation to carry out work under warranty.

I’ve been driving for 40 years and this is the best car I’ve ever had. When I collect it after servicing, it’s always like driving a new car again. Total satisfaction, thank you

On the cars VHS sheet the fitter said that my rear bushes were perished,Perished to means that they need replacing .This item was only ticked as Amber.After thinking about this at home after I picked up my car .I rang Lookers and an adviser I spoke to agreed that the wording does suggest a Red option on the VHS .So I booked the car in for the repairs to be made . My thoughts are with the fitter ,was he correct in saying perished or should it be perishing .Does a supervisor oversee and maybe check ,was an inexperienced fitter doing the work . These are things I need to think about when I send my vehicle back to Lookers.
