My service book is full, I was informed that a supplemental book was not available and it’s all online anyway. I realise that it is all online however I like to keep a written service history both for my use and to pass on to a buyer should I sell my vehicle elsewhere . (Full service history etc) I have, if needed, obtained a supplemental Ford service book in the past from both Tristar Neasham and Jennings without a problem. In this case I had to insist that my full book was stamped in a miscellaneous area of the back page. Very disappointing. Please note: this communication is an observation and not a complaint.
