Visited Lookers Ford in Middlesbrough. Sales Team very helpful. I was interested in a Ford Kuga. Decided against ordering this due to the extended lead-in period for the vehicle.

Marcus was lovley to deal with. Had plenty of knowledge down to earth and went above and beyond to make sure everything went smoothly

I only changed my car as my previous car was with you did 2.5weeks and you couldn’t fix a fault. I was given the car back twice and on both occasions after being told the fault was fixed the same thing happened again and I could no longer trust the car with my 18month old son in it so I decided to get a new one, I didn’t want to change yet but felt I had little option

Jules the sales rep was absolutely amazing gave us all the info we were after and made it easier than getting outta bed in the morning less than 2weeks we were in our new car and we are loving it already had camping trips drove to Devon and Cornwall for a holiday and even though we travelled 130miles from Manchester it was an absolute pleasure specially seeing such friendly and helpful staff we will definitely be back in 3 years to exchange it and see the best sales rep ever Jules 😀

Your service was a lot better but the problem still there stop start still doesn’t work you fixed the seat cannot complain about you getting the car and dropping it off have rang you but cannot get through

Although Karl had only begun to work at Lookers 5 days before I made enquiries, he was very helpful and patient, as I prevaricated between the choice of. Focus Active or a Puma. .whatever he did not know about, he checked with a senior member of the management team and ‘soaked up’ any new information which would be useful when dealing with future customers. Everything went smoothly , with the arrangement of the finance deal; setting up a 3 day Drive away Insurance deal and the final pick up of the new car. Both Karl and Steve Horner were very helpful.
