The return of a clean car was very much appreciated. The telephone and booking personnel were pleasant and welcoming, all together a pleasant experience.

I normally receive a printed health check of my car when its in previous lookers garage this time i did not .The girl who was dealing with my car told me she would be not in the next day but assured me that someone would let me know about the part i was waiting for do my car so it would pass its mot , by 14.00 no one had rang me so i tried to ring the dealership previous day they had been having trouble with there phones . when i did i get through i was told my car was getting sanatised but at this time the person did not say if i could pick my car up .

The girls on the desk were friendly and helpful and give information about what was needed

their were the usual problems with attempting to find a parking space. This is not specific to Lookers - it has been the same with every Ford dealer I have used over the past 35 years.. Whoever designs your dealerships needs to to take in lessons on ease of access for customers.

Paul thurlwell was must helpful with dealing with all my questions and getting very think sorted. The car was brought down by off site driver and was delivered on time. I would recommend the garage to anyone looking for used car.
