Great service from Alan Platten in buying my new car. Clear and considerate. Helped me get to the right finance deal for me. A happy customer!

The initial telephone booking was hampered by the fact that the young man I spoke with was working in close proximity to several other people, all talking at once. It was very frustrating for both of us.

Whilst the reception staff were excellent, two comments which are nothing to do with them: (1) I'd expected a change of brake fluid to be part of the 75000 mile service (there's a space for it in the maintenance log) and was rather surprised to be rung with the message that it was needed at a separate cost of an extra £50; (2) I've reported twice now (once a long time ago) that your page https://www.lookers.co.uk/ford/contact-us/lookers-ford-middlesbrough has an 0300 phone number on it that doesn't work - it needs replacing with your 01642 number.

Chloe, Steve and Rachel were all excellent, so much so that i've been back in and purchased a second car.! What a great team.

Polite, tidily dressed, good natured knowledgeable reception staff. Car returned washed down. Really satisfied with the whole process from booking a service over the phone to booking in on site. I'll be back :)
