See question 1 I dropped one star because I was a little disappointed that having booked my car in first thing at 9am, knowing that it was going to fail the MOT for a broken front suspension due to potholes (which I informed them about when handing over the keys), when I checked in at 1pm (4 hours later), nobody had even looked at it and there was now insufficient time to repair it and pass the test. I had to get a bus home which is an hour ride and return to collect car the following day by bus again. I understand the need to stagger vehicles coming to the garage, but why leave it so long before starting work, knowing that there was a big problem which would fail the MOT. If I had known about when the car would be started, I would have booked it in for 1pm and not walked around a town centre where many shops are closed, just to kill time. It was explained that they were busy but in all honesty, my car was on their list of things to do too. That said … the staff were their usual friendly self and I still wouldn’t think of going anywhere else

Everyone in the new car sales were always very friendly, approachable and professional. The gentleman who helped me source my new car was Carl, who I would not hesitate to recommend to friends and family. He was a great guy and nothing seemed to be a bother.
