Quickk and easy to use Mostly a good experience, however I appreciate my car was fairly dirty when it arrived and it was cleaned while there yet the attention to detail was poor and therefore raises the question of if the same applied to the more technical elements of the service, especially as I found the rear near side lights access panel had been removed and not refitted. I'm not a big fan of the new service desk area as it looks like a kitchen work area and I was kept waiting for what I thought was an excessive amount of time when I arrived to collect my vehicle even though they had been informed I was there. All the staff were friendly enough when interacting with them, especially Sarah who called me before the appointment and during to give me an update and discuss issues found.

We were looked after by Karl who made the switch over as easy as he could I can't praise him enough.
