First Time with Ford for a company car , facility was excellent , chap asked me if i wanted a drink on arrival and the service was completed and i was notified immediately to call and pick up the car . Great experience overall

At age 85, I must have been a nightmare customer. However your representative Alex was Excellent. He explained things (sometimes several times; even I understood. I have bought many new cars in my life, Several from Lookers, but this was by far the most enjoyable. I would recommend your company with confidence. Thank you

At the point of my first call, my enquiry was taken seriously and I received a call back after 6pm the same day. - Great response. Lookers are a long way for me to travel but I will likely buy from them regardless. - They are proactive to get the sale. - This goes along way for me.
