It cut down on the time having to book in at the Garage. When I arrived reception were waiting for me and as soon as I handed over my car keys they were handed to a Mechanic, who went to work on the car. MKany thanks. You gave some targets for the Mechanics and they kept to them. All in all an excellent experience

Dimitrios dealt with myself and my partner. It was our first time buying and we both had no idea what to expect. Dimitrios was very kind and helpful, he made the experience comfortable and smooth for us.

Gaining access was an absolute nightmare. Cars parked everywhere, really busy, signage obscured by parked cars. Allowed 2 days off work so car was finished within that time. Charged an extra £200+ for cleaning of sump and pipework (extra 2 hours labour costs) Did think afterwards that it should have been included in price. Car still working fine though.

Would have been excellent if the parking for motorhomes hadn't been inadequate.
