Whilst Jay explained all the paperwork felt a little overwhelmed by everything being online - would have felt more comfortable having an email confirmation from the DVLA re the transfer of my existing vehicle and the taxing of my new - there was an option for this but was not given the choice to request this.

It was easy and quick to do. Linked to some of my 3 star answers. I couldn't get the report to play that the engineer filmed about my car, until I got home. Maybe it was my phone, the connection, the Internet, I don't know. I was sat in your waiting area. If that had worked then it meant I was being kept up to date. Then I could've given 5 stars. The other link to show where my car was in the process worked fine. Fingers crossed it would work another time. Friendly, polite efficient.
